This policy explains how Synergy Sports Management (“we”) handles information on virtualrollcall.com and in the Virtual Roll Call application.

Website

The website does not use advertising trackers or sell personal information. If you contact us by email or phone, we use what you send only to respond and to talk with you about Virtual Roll Call.

Application data

Information entered into the application by an agency, such as user accounts, statuses, locations, messages, briefings and files, belongs to that agency. We process it only to provide the service, under the agency’s instructions and agreements. Each agency’s data is kept separate.

Location

The app collects device location only after the user grants browser permission, and only to show unit positions to that user’s agency.

Security & hosting

Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is logged.

Retention

Application data is kept according to each agency’s retention settings and agreements.
