By using virtualrollcall.com or the Virtual Roll Call application you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

The application is for authorized users of subscribing agencies only. Unauthorized access is prohibited and may be reported.

Agency agreements

An agency’s use of the service is governed by its written agreement with Synergy Sports Management, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Not an emergency system

Virtual Roll Call is not a dispatch or emergency communications system and must not be relied on in place of radio, CAD or 911 systems.

Compliance

Virtual Roll Call is built with CJIS Security Policy controls in mind. It is not represented as CJIS certified or compliant. Each agency is responsible for its own compliance obligations.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in the agency agreement.

Governing law

Florida law governs these terms.
